Plant Pathology Division (PPD), BARI is conducting applied and basic research to ensure food security, income generation of growers and environment friendly crop production using different modern and conventional tools. Additionally, the division is providing the following services:

• Plant disease diagnosis
• Provide clinical services to all stakeholders
• New product trail registration
• Efficacy test of biopesticides
• Prepare and supply of booklet, leaflet and factsheet on plant disease to the farmers
• Farmer’s training
• ToT for scientists, DAE and NGO personnel
